I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy, perfect for two people, although a bit small. The service from all the staff, including housekeeping and shuttle service, was very helpful and accommodating. The location was convenient, with easy access to both Fukushima and Osaka stations, ideal for exploring the Kansai area. However, the dining options were very Japanese-centric, which might not suit everyone's tastes.
